I am requesting CasinoGuru's assistance in getting Betsamigo to refund my €414.20 winnings and provide a clear, evidence-based explanation for their actions. I am attaching email conversations and screenshots of my account, balance and the cancelled withdrawal.

I can only imagine how frustrating it must be waiting for your money and not having any feedback about when you’ll receive it and I also genuinely hope that your winnings will be sent to you eventually.
