My USDT Deposit via BEP20 Not Credited Yet

I would like to file a complaint against BetGoat Casino regarding a USDT (BEP20) deposit that has not been credited to my account.


On November 4, 2025, I deposited 197.99 USDT (BEP20) from my Binance account.

The transaction was successfully completed on Binance, but the funds have not appeared in my BetGoat account.


Here are the transaction details:


- Network: BEP20 (Binance Smart Chain)

- Amount: 197.99 USDT

- Date: November 4, 2025 – 16:53 (UTC)

- TxID: 0x3c61af175569195e17ad6ff1692bc124e0a1d249e7c8ec96aa866dc76747a5

- Deposit Address: 0x97623998bfAd4d01B263dA47228e4a3235f2d67


Please note that I have made deposits before using the same address and network, and USDT deposits via BEP20 normally arrive instantly.

However, this time the deposit has been delayed for an unusually long time without any explanation.


I contacted BetGoat support but have not received any clear response or the funds yet.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in contacting the casino and resolving this issue as soon as possible, as I urgently need the deposited amount.


I can provide Binance screenshots confirming the completed transaction if required.
