I have been waiting for over 2 weeks now for a withdrawal, Barz have refused to discuss this with me I have been cut off live chat several times. They claim my bank are regecting the money but I phoned my bank and they said this is nonsense and they haven’t rejected anything. Please help me

When exactly did you request for the withdrawal? Is your account already verified? When was the last time you contacted the casino and did they respond to you since? Did you accumulate your balance from real money or did you use any kind of bonus?

Please note that we usually advise to wait at least 14 days for the first withdrawal to be processed as it may take longer in some casinos to finish the verification process.
