somehow the casino is unable to verify my account, while i uploaded al necessary documents on 13/06 already. Due to the fact that my account is not verified, im not allowed to make a withdrawal.

Was this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Did you play with any deposit or no deposit bonus in the casino?

I can assure you from our experience that the average time is around 14 days, so in your case I would definitely recommend you to wait at least 2 weeks for the money to arrive.
