I registered on this site in 2024 and deposited once and lost. Today I deposited 300 USDT to bet. I requested a withdrawal and was told that 10% would be deducted if I did not bet the deposited amount. I accepted the condition, but my withdrawal was cancelled.

I contacted customer support and they asked me to verify my wallet address. I sent them my address and it was successfully verified.I requested the withdrawal again and it was rejected and I was asked to send my ID card, passport and a photo of myself holding my documents. I sent it directly and it was verified successfully and I withdrew the money again The withdrawal was declined and I was asked to bet the full amount to withdraw my money. I bet the full amount and requested the withdrawal again and it was declined.I contacted support and they asked me to bet again which I did in the game aviator I made another withdrawal and it was rejected and I contacted support again and they asked me to bet on the slot machines to withdraw my winnings and that is what I did and I bet 300 usdt on the game sweet bonanza I won and it is in my account 380 usdt I spoke to support again and he said that my account is undergoing another verification process and it might take 72 hours and I told him that this is pushing me to commit suicide and my account was banned without any reason and he said that I told him that I will commit suicide and they were just looking for a small reason to ban my account I trust you to intervene and help me get my money back. In my conversation with support, he said that my account was successfully verified and I can deposit and withdraw without any problems.
