Dear Sohilshaikh51,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I tested the game in demo mode on our website and from my point of view, the setting of the game is such that when the threshold is set to the value as the plane 'flies away' the result is a loss. This is just how it works. I understand that it must be frustrating, but we are not in a position to force casinos to change their games and how they operate (not to mention that it is also outside of their hands).

I believe the casino's explanation was sufficient and unfortunately, there is not much we can do.

I am looking for the winning amount and bet amount from casinos as the rule is wrong even I play same games at stake.com and in same conditions I get the money. And I think 1400 rs is not a big deal around $15
