Thank you for providing more information. It is more than common that casinos require at least one successful deposit before they allow players to request a withdrawal. Do I understand correctly from your initial message that you've already made a deposit, but you still aren't able to withdraw?

There is an ongoing discussion with the casino. This is their first reaction:

First of all for your information. In our casino we really provide the no-deposit bonus. But as every bonus we have the restrictions for it. 
First of all user has to play wager (bet gis bonus 50 times), after that he can make a deposit and withdraw 10% of his win, but not more than 122222 Rp. We don't hide this rule form our customers and they can check this information on the page with bonus policy https://cdc88.id/bonus-policy
The situation in which user won back his bonus make a deposit and didn't get his 10% is impossible. If his balance was zero out it mans that he didn't played the wager fully.
I can't check the situation in more detail, because for this I need user id of user. We didn't get emails from him.


I will get back to you as soon as there is any new and more relevant info about your case. I am extending the timer by 7 days.

Please find below the full information for the account 4*****.
The account was created 4th of January, the user got his no-deposit in 122 222 Rp.
He was playing in slot games (Book of Pyramids for example) and won 6 812 670 Rp using his bonus money. At this moment he won back the wager and has got the possibility to withdraw his winnings.
As I've already told, according to the Bonus Policy https://cdc88.id/bonus-policy if the user uses the no-deposit bonus for playing he can withdraw only 10% of his win (but not more than 122 222 rp).
The user 4**** made a deposit 8th of January, after that he got his 122 222 rp from his win, after that he also got the cashback 10% of his deposit and the bonus for his first deposit (so he didn't have any questions, he just used all available promotions).
After that, he continues playing in the Book of Pyramids and Aztec Gems and spent all his money. 
So with all due respect, but any scam or cheat here.

As I've already told, according to the Bonus Policy https://cdc88.id/bonus-policy if the user uses the no-deposit bonus for playing he can withdraw only 10% of his win (but not more than 122 222 rp).

Every bonus has bonus conditions, in this case, there is a maximal cashout limitation which is completely common. If the casino applied this rule on your no deposit bonus winnings then it is legit. Please, could you react?

Please, be aware that every bonus carries bonus conditions, 30x or 50x or ... (depends on the bonus conditions) are wagering requirements (rollover requirements). The maximal win is usually enforced when you meet wagering requirements, in your case, 122222rp. Unfortunately, I believe the casino behaved according to their rules.


Therefore, I am closing the case as 'rejected'.
