I've been waiting for my payout for over four weeks now, and I also have a balance of over €500. This can't be paid out either because a payout is still being processed. This has been the case since January 7th

And in the first case that was opened, a payout was made, but I've been waiting for the second payout since then. Und bei dem ersten Fall der geöffnet worden ist wurde zwar eine Auszahlung getätigt aber ich warte seitdem immer noch auf die zweite Auszahlung es handelt sich um insgesamt drei Auszahlungen, bei diesem Casino ist es aber leider nur möglich eine Auszahlung gleichzeitig in Auftrag zu geben somit bleibt immer ein Guthaben aktuell habe ich ein Guthaben von 500 € und einer Auszahlung von 200 € und diese Auszahlung ist seit dem 7. Januar in Bearbeitung erst wenn diese irgendwann ausgezahlt werden sollte kann ich mein jetziges Guthaben von 500 € dann erst ausziehen lassen

Die haben jetzt mein komplettes Guthaben und meine Auszahlung einbehalten mit folgender Begründung.After verification it states that:
The maximum authorized bet is 30% of your deposit amount.
You have place multiple bets more than 30% of your deposit amount and this goes against the rules and therefore balance and winnings are cancelled and your last deposit is returned to your player account according to terms and conditions of the site.
If you have any questions we remain of course at your disposal.

Attention scam !!!!!!!!! The full 700 euros were retained, I still have a payout in progress. 500 were in credit and 200 euros were being processed as a payout
