Hi Petronela I verified my account and received an email confirming the verification had been successfully completed my withdrawal has remained 'pending' since 14th February with no processing information or update since then. Live chat told me 7 working days to get my withdrawal then they told me 10 normal days to get it then they told me processing system was not working I would be paid on 28th February but I wasn't then this week they told me no one available to process my withdrawal because of Covid thanks

As the casino still haven't respond to us we can't know for sure what is the issue. Did you communicate with them in the last few days? Did you try to make a new withdrawal request since the last one was rejected? Also I would like to ask you if you have used any bonus in the case as it may be the issue aswell in case you did not finish wagering requirements.
Hi Nick I have sent over 10 emails to them I have spoken to live chat every day and the just keep saying I have to wait for a reply to my email I tried again to withdraw but it won't let me... I have had a few cash chips but I have deposited over £640 in sterling and met wagering requirements and play through Live chat tell me to be patient
Also they recently added 2 x20 cash chips but I have not used them this is today's live chat response
I will keep trying to contact the casino. However, if we won't receive any answer from the casino within the next 7 days, we will be forced to close the complaint as unresolved which could lead to casino's rating deduction.
Hi Nick the casino are still withholding my money and on research I have found they owned Casino765 and closed it after customer complaints... Casino Marriott is still operating at the moment but they refuse to communicate with me and they have just opened Play24bet casino so I think they are just conning people for money then closing the casino down and opening another one... I don't think I am ever going to get my money 😕
