Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed or it has been processed but never reached you? Have you received confirmation regarding successful account verification? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed, but two months is an unusually long time.

However, I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Also, this casino did validate an account within our Complaints Resolution System, so they are well notified about this case. However, until they do not respond to this thread, we are not able to continue with resolving your issue without their presence.

Please, bear in mind, that such references regarding our qualification won't help anybody with resolving your issue. We always try our best with helping player's complaints after all.

Despite our best efforts, we were not able to proceed anyhow with this complaint. The casino remains unresponsive on numerous complaints. We are forced to close this complaint as unresolved, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.
