The player from United Kingdom has requested a withdrawal more than a week ago. It has been pending since. After a closer examination, we rejected this complaint as unjustified.

Requested a withdrawal for 5000 eur nine days ago on 7th May.

The withdrawal is still showing as pending approval. The withdrawal doesnt even get deducted from my gameplay balance, in itself a really poor practice. They have live support but all they other do is refer me to emailing their support. Emailed for 6 days and they dont reply to a single email.


I found this info on the FAQ page of their website, which is clearly not true:


"How quickly will my withdrawal request be processed?

60-70% of our withdrawals are automated. This means that customers who have verified their accounts and are using the same payment method as per deposit will have their withdrawal processed immediately.

30-40% of our withdrawals are manual. This means that in some cases the withdrawal needs to be manually approved, therefore it can take up to 24 hours to be processed."


having deposited 2800 euro i am concerned i am not even going to get my deposit funds back let alone my winnings. Has this operator simply taken my money and using a 'fake casino platform' to simply transfer money to someone's bank account in Curacao.


Or does anyone know if this casino operator has ever made a payment to a player?

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for and if it has been your first withdrawal request in this casino?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal. I lost my patience in the end by day 13 of radio silence having sent there finance team 12 emails over that period with no responses.


They clearly had no intention of ever paying. I just lost the lot on day 13 and have moved on. Disgraceful operation should be banned from being allowed a licence to operate. Since moving on I have won 28,000 at another casino and already in less than a week had 8000 of it processed. Just shows what a joke operation casino765 is.
