The player from Germany is complaining about having his funds disappeared after he has experienced technical issues. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I had 300 euros on the machine and was winning. And all of a sudden the money was gone, the account was zero. I contacted customer service and they told me to contact support I ain't got no answer.
