Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. I have checked promotional terms and conditions, and this is what I found:

"Every Friend that deposit at Casino Venetian and that you refer to Casino Venetian will reward you of € 30 in Cash ! 

No bonus code needed, just contact our support, and give them the name of your friend and we will immediately reward you with € 30. 

For more detailed information please contact our support team."

We will contact the casino and ask for their assistance, but, before we do that, please could you advise which email address you have used when contacting them? I have found support@casinovenetian.com. Unfortunately, the Live Chat wasn’t available at this time. I hope we will help you to receive your bonus as soon as possible.
