The reason for the delay is due to the player cancelling and changing the withdrawal amount. In one day the player cancelled and changed his withdrawal request 20x, and every changes causes further delays as additional checks on the game history needs to be done under the terms.
Update us when funds are received.

Hello, I have now received both withdrawal. After all their checks which they approved on the 13/2 it has took 15 days since they approved the withdrawal for me to receive payment. I actually made that withdrawal on the 7/2 so all in all it has took 21 days. their response is still very poor as they never mentioned any of that too me and it shouldn’t take 15 days from tgem approving withdrawal for me to receive the funds.
