The player from United States has deposited funds into her account. Unfortunately, the bonus has not been added automatically. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as unjustified.
Deposited first day signed up with welcome bonus and bonus was not applied. After chatting with three different agents 3 different times bonus was said to be fixed each time. After the final attempt an amount showed up but majority of the games would not load. At the end of this ordeal I truly just wished I have never even tried this site. Terrible software, terrible customer service.
