Candy Treasures is doing its utmost best to make the player think of Candy Crush Saga. Even the font of the game’s logo is reminiscent of the classic social game.

Like the game it mimics, Candy Treasures is played on a grid full of pastel-colored sweet treats. The background suggests cotton candy clouds in which any number of sweet treats float.

Candy Treasure has pretty typical graphics for a slot of this kind. The symbols are hi-def but fairly simple in their detailing.

The animations add to the sense of softness with bouncing symbols falling into place and cascade symbols exploding in a flash of brightly colored confetti.

The music is an upbeat track with plenty of light percussion that fits with the spin and win sounds while lending the whole confection a sense of fluffy sweetness.

Gameplay

Candy Treasures is played on a grid of seven symbols by seven symbols. Each spin randomly selects the symbols, and the player wins when a group of five or more matching symbols coalesces. The group has to be joined vertically and horizontally (diagonal connections do not count).

Winning symbols are removed from the grid and new candies fall down to take their place.

When a symbol is removed, it leaves behind a marked space. If the cascade results in a win using symbols on these squares, then a multiplier is applied to the win. This makes the cascade feature an especially exciting moment in the gameplay of Candy Treasures.
