I requested withdrawal yesterday at 1:25 pm. I also reached out to a customer service rep to verify Bitcoin withdrawals were under 24 hours from request.


at 6:30 pm today no payment. I reached out again and was told the rule is 24 hours but mine was still in Review no explainattion offer. See email I received weeks ago
