I posted about this issue a couple months ago and it's still not resorted. My post is screenshot under attachments. Initial withdrawal request for 1000 euro was made February 28th this year.

April 23rd I cancelled the withdrawal request and made a new request for 300 euro withdrawal in hopes I could get back my deposits. I also requested additional withdrawal for 300 euro April 30th. Remaining amount (400) was intentionally lost, hoping a smaller withdrawal might trigger withdrawal process.

There has been no dispute on my win, or claims of breach of terms. Live support claimed for 4 weeks there was a review of my play in association with Pragmatic play. On March 28th, they changed the narrative and said payment would be processed once site maintenance was completed. During their claim of account review, they said on each contact it would be completed and payment processed within a couple days. On each contact they have said I would be emailed within a couple days. No such email received.

After I made the new withdrawal requests on April 23rd and April 30th, they have switched between review ongoing, maintenance still ongoing and payment should be processed within a couple days, and payment processing has been initiated.


No info by email and the two withdrawal requests from April 23rd and April 30th are still listed as pending in transactions (see attachments).

Hi Tomas. I have contacted Bubbles bet live support frequently over 4 months (as I wrote my win was initially requested withdrawn 28th February).


Their responses have been described in my initial complaint and has varied from account review completed within 48 hours (more than three months ago), to withdrawal is under processing, withdrawal will be processed immediately after site maintenance (March 28th) etc.


On last contact, yesterday 25th June, same operator varied his response from withdrawal will be processed at the end of the week, account review is still ongoing, and site maintenance is still ongoing. Very inconsistent.

He said also I would be updated on status by email within a couple days, which the have told me more than 10 times, and has never happened yet.


All KYC documents have been sent/uploaded and have been accepted.


Let me add that although different excuses like account review and maintenance of site have been claimed, I have also been told more than 5 times that withdrawal would be processed within 2 days. These promises/lies started short after first withdrawal request and are spread throughout the total of 4 months with pending withdrawal(s). Last two withdrawal requests, made after cancelling first withdrawal request, were made April 23rd and April 30th. 300 euro pr request.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint, and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved.’

Normally, in order to reach any kind of agreement, all three parties (player, casino, and mediator) need to communicate closely. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and we were left alone in our attempt to solve this issue.

I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating, and other players can read about your experience in our review.
