I received an email actually like two or three indicating that I had been deposited 5500 to dollars only to find out after registering and giving out my information that the casino would deny that they had sent that now under fake circumstances the link to give out my personal info would have sent me to them right well this one does if it were fake I wouldn't have access to them thru that fake ad and they wouldn't have ended up with my Infirmayion so at this point I would like if possible for guru to enlighten me as to how to file a lawsuit thank you, and I do have the email they sent as proof

Hi no haven't received anything they mentioned something about 50 dlrs they wanted. Me to deposit but if you can get me a document outlining that the 50 dlrs will be reimbursed back with the 5500 I will borrow those 50 but I believe that was because the bal has to be 100 or above but just if you can get a resolution just have it legally binding and all I will do my best to fill in the cracks it's just I'm not gonna be running around so they can come up with another terrible thing that happened but if it's in writing signed by the authorized rep I will follow on it thank you

Thank you for your reply, Razo. Unfortunately, after reading your complaint I am not fully sure I understand the issue. Does the casino require a deposit in order for you to request a withdrawal of your winnings?

Yes I guess if it's from lfree spins you get a limited amount unless you make a deposit

However the problem is they want me to deposit money to get my winings and the 5000 was prior to all this I play thru all the games and in the past I have made deposits though that was a while back so why don't you then look into this h ok w much corresponds I have my id and info to be verified but do me as favor ask them what information they want and I'll send it to you to verify if I'm not giving eh as t they ask because in the previous casino I sent it 3'times and they kept asking for the information repeatedly I submitted copy of my id a letter with the current address they have everything else on file so I don't understand why the concern for verifying so much but let me know eh as t you can do as and I'll go with that I've never had these types of problems and don't want to prolong. This more than necessary thank you

Do I understand correctly that you accumulated $5,500 in winnings with a free spin bonus? Please note that most free bonuses have a maximum cashout limit and this is what I found in the T&Cs:

You may withdraw a minimum of $/€/AUD50 and a maximum of $/€ 50 on free spin unless stated otherwise in the promotion.


Furthermore, if you haven't deposited in a while, it is reasonable to request a verification deposit. Could you please clarify when exactly you made the last successful deposit? Did the casino specify how much money you should deposit now?

Also, do I understand correctly that the documents you provided recently have not been verified yet?
