Hi Originally i won $11000, in which i was told i had to play and turn over an amount before withdraw, did this got down to $5000 in which I was told i had to produce validated id this was going on for over 4 weeks as nothing was accepted. and every time i would receive an answer it was on the tale end of the hour of the last 48hours of waiting. I finally was validated and information sent numourous times was accepted. only to find out only$150 only deposited into my account. These guys are thieves. telling me i was playing over and above the threshold, a load of crap. Ive been done before and kept my bets down.telling me i breached there contract clause absolutley wrong and unfair of this casino they should not be allowed to trade,

It is very common for casinos to limit the winnings from bonuses (maximum conversion) and implement other restrictions (e. g. maximum bet). The casino stated you broke the maximum bet rule. Because it’s been so long I don’t even remember. All I remember is whilst I was playing a new game beauty fruity all lemons came out . I had a grand total of around $11000 I’ve tried looking at the history but it will only allow me to go back only 7 days for viewing. I was unable to withdraw as well as a continuing saga with repeated visa statements car license rejected because the address I was playing with was my business address. Not residential.
Thank you for the reply. I had a look at the casino’s Bonus T&Cs and I found the maximum bet restriction:
"13. Players are allowed to place single bets lower than 20% of the total value of the Active Bonus credited and should not exceed 8 EUR, 8 USD, 8AUD, 8CAD, 80 SEK, 80 NOK (as applicable). Therefore, placing a bet of 8 EUR while there’s an Active Bonus of 100 EUR in effect is considered acceptable practice."
The casino stated that you broke this rule. If this is the case, there is not much we can do.
