BondiBet Casino - Player is complaining about the maximum bet rule for bonus play.

I had to play through bonus money for 3 days with like 20 hrs playing time to get the withdraw to 100% so it then said it was available to withdraw so  sent through all the information and arranged a banking transfer they said congratulations and stuff then did not pay me since thistimm I had overspent funds elsewhere assuming I had won 4000$ they ended up saying I had bet over 5$ in a bet as part of term and cond that is in some hidde background term and conditions but let me play on for 3 days betting with no possibility of paying 

most other policies on other sites max bets on bo promotions are way higher and how do I know if. They falsified it as I didn’t notice it when I read it regardless they should at least refundEd me my original money if a rule was broke and not make me play there site for 3 days for 20 hrs after I made a bet breach since reading up on Bondi bet they have done the same and worse to heaps of others that di even bet above to 5 dollEr limit that is not mentioned in the main term and conditions 

this casino is a scam causing u to bet more than u normally would to receive bonuses and withdraw amount max 4000 per week and one week to reach 25 time play through with low max bet I would say it’s impossible it should be banned off the internet

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint through our website. I’m very sorry to hear that you didn’t succeed to withdraw any of the winnings that you have accumulated during the bonus play. I checked the General Bonus T&Cs, and this is what I found:

"3.4. Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum amount per spin/ bet that can be placed is €5. We reserve the right to decline a withdrawal and void any winnings, if you place a bonus money bet higher than the allowed limit."

I understand that you would prefer if the casino didn’t allow you to bet more than a maximum allowed bet during the bonus play, but, unfortunately, this is not a common practice. The system that accompanies every withdrawal and verification is not automated, and it might take few days. This is what happened in your case. You were not stopped or blocked when you have decided to increase your bet.

Sadly, there is not much I can do, to support your case at this time. I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. Please, could you confirm for me that the deposit has been returned to you? No they. Won’t even give me my original deposit back 

The max bet Amount needs to be shown in the main headlines on bonus terms and conditions and needs to be outlined not behind other pop ups after reading 

If. You see other posts about this casino they do this to people who didn’t even bet over 5$ apparently or didn’t notice it on the hidden pop up terms and conditions I don’t believe this site would pay out anyone at all it would be worth investigating there books

I reviewed your case and read the casino's Bonus T&Cs. I completely agree with you, that maximum bet should be always visible and you as a player should be warned about it. Especially when the casino doesn't have the system feature that wouldn't allow you to place higher bets than 5€ (as Petronela already mentioned).

However, this information is available on the casino's website (and also in our review) and we always advise players to carefully read the casino's General AND Bonus T&Cs. 

I also checked if there is any chance of getting your deposits back. I found this point in the Bonus T&Cs:

"3.2. After being awarded a deposit-bonus, a player will initially use the deposited balance in their account. Only after the deposit amount is played, the customer will start using the available bonus balance."

Unfortunately, this means your deposit cannot be returned, because it was played first and only then you played with the bonus money (and broke the maximum bet rule).

Therefore we are forced to reject your complaint. I am very sorry we can't help you more, but I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
