I have been waiting on my withdrawal for quite some time, my withdrawal has been cancelled at least twice since originally requested by the casino claiming that I had more than one account and to contact support. I contacted support by chat and email and finally was advised that my issue with the additional account was resolved and to request the withdrawal again. I requested it again and now I am being told that they are having a technical issue with releasing any payments and to just wait. This excuse has been going on for several weeks now.

I have withdrawn before. Most recent withdraw was completed on November 1, 2023 and I had 3 withdrawals in October.


Yes I have passed the KYC verification,


No, I was not playing with any bonus or promotions at the time of the winnings.
