Do I understand it correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside your account without being processed? I had 3000 euro withdraw the casino gives each 24 hours 500 euro max but not in 24 hours but weeks then its 250,00 in your account instate of 500 euro mifinity gets no answers from the casino my account still works on the casino you can stil deposit but not withdraw 1250,00 euro is a lot of money for me I can’t mis that, come in the problems mail and chat are blocked I must asked every day for my money and ech time I get the answer the casino is in update , please help me in this case ( in process is 500 euro and in my account is more then 800 euro

We would like to ask the BetXLarge Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
