hello! got an issue with this casino betxlarge.

What happened is i registered made a deposits, 2 time they processed my withdrawals, yesterday i made a withdrawal of 200 euros, it got canceled, i joined to chat to ask why this happened, story was the same as on another complaint, they start to talk about 3 weeks of the system update haha funny, here is the part of the chat transcript:

So is this a big joke, they use same excuse about 3 weeks of system update on withdrawals for every player it seems, after i kept talking with support, at the end i asked about license, because it seems very fishy, seal not valid, license validator page is not the same as on others casinos under curacao license, for example they don't have an email of curacao on the bottom of the page. She did left the chat and ban my account, i don't have access to it now and also cant contact them, i guess bye bye my 200 euros cya!

I hope casino guru will put this worthless place on the black list. Thank you very much for your attention!

Could you please advise if you have received any payments in the past? Have you been advised by casino to use any alternative payment method to withdraw your winnings?

As the casino admitted during the forwarded live chat conversation, they are experiencing major issue regarding withdrawals. I would strongly recommend waiting, not to play your funds, until the issue will be fixed and then you will be able to place a withdrawal.

complaint can be closed, they did paid me yesterday, but i recommend to players to avoid this tricky place, stay safe and sound, thank you for help!
