Hi - my username on this casino is zapezduu. I won 8 usd from GURUSPIN promocode and then made sports bets and won 75 usd. I sent them internal messages and on chat-I loading docs 4 days ago- and they did not verify it. I can see that it is maybe bad casino. Please help me verify my account and withdraw my winnings.

After I tried withdraw and they said Dear Mykola,

However, after further review, your account was suspended due to activity that violated our terms and conditions, including bonus abuse.


The initial verification and lifting of restrictions do not exempt accounts from ongoing monitoring. If you believe this is a mistake, please provide any supporting documentation, and we will review your case again. 


We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist you in resolving this matter.


SO THIS CASINO IS SCAM-IF YOU WON-THEY SUSPENDED ACCOUNT.
