Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. We are sorry to hear about the issue with your withdrawal and understand your concern. However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Thank you for your reply, kfc.vfx. I would like to emphasize we always give the casino two full weeks to process each payment. I will keep this complaint open and if there’s no development by the end of this time frame, or your withdrawal gets canceled again, please let us know and we will intervene. hi team,


Betstar555.com team members / manager - RAhul / ARjun / Sunil - they called and told that - they are in huge loss due to IPL cricket and they told to withdraw small amount of money 10-20 times. They even told us to play more and withdraw small. now - playing more gave more winnings again.. now the Account real money balance is 971425.00 INR . ( screen shot provided below)

even i did submit withdraw request for part amount 45k / 65k / 50k , but - they are not giving.


Pls suggest - what shud i do. and for safety - i have video recorded all the game..

Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Could you please confirm that you have passed the KYC verification?

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

once they gave me 12000INR and once they told me to cancel the withdrawal request.

later.. they started misguiding me..

  1. recently i came to know that owner of betstar555.com has committed such similar crimes
  2. he accepted the deposits from several players and later shuts down the website.
  3. in this crime / cheating - Evolution gaming is directly supporting by providing games to these kind of websites.
  4. we need to ask Evolution aswell - that - why Evolution gaming has provided game to this websits
  5. Betstar555.com is still not working.

also - pls share me the evolution gaming contact mail id.

now - i want to check - why is evolution gaming giving subscription to fake websites with out proper background checks.


for ex : any fake website like betstar555.com is taking deposits from players by showcasing evolution games.

Players will deposit to play baccarrat and roullette, if the players looses then ok, if the player wins - then evolution gaming is equally responsible if the website fails to pay back players winning money.

Alternatively I recommend you contact Curacao Gaming Authority, we are unable to verify under which license the casino operates but I can list all of them for you if you wish to try contacting them. I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.

how did evolution gaming website provide games - with out license

its completely unethical for evolution.. let them answer.. other wise - i will file a suit against Evolution gaming for encouraging fake websites with out checking proper license agreements from betstar555.com..


evolution gaming has to answer it in a big time..

now betstar555.com site is open, but they have removed / deleted all my gaming history.

and they are telling that the payment is done.. and my bank statement clearly says that i didnot receive any money of Rs.2175000.00 on june 9th 2023.. which they are telling its paid.. pls check the screenshots.


i have also asked them for payment advise NEFT / RTGS details - but they are not responding.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
