The player from the Netherlands had an issue with a €500 deposit not being approved by the online casino. After he contacted the casino's live support, he had been asked to wait a few more days, which had led to his frustration. Upon our advice to contact his payment provider and halt further deposits, the player had reported that his deposit was refunded back into his bank account, resolving the issue.

I deposit 500€ on Friday 24 May via bank transfer the money has left my account but not approved to my casino account I made contact to the live support team and send them the transaction details they said to me wait until 72h I waited today Monday 27th May I contacted the live chat support team about asking my deposit money 500€ they told me we wil forwarded your case to the financial department and its gonna take a few hours until a few days . This is disgusting I want my money back refunded to my account they let me wait for nothing the maximum time is reached which was 72h withing I am not gonna wait anymore I want my money back I had same issues on deferent casino

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted. 

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

  • Could you please advise if it was your first deposit in this casino?
  • Have you contacted your bank already? Ideally, they should be part of the investigation.
