I made a deposit on Friday 26 July via bank transfer . I have waiting one week and the money is still not approved to my account I send them all proof of my transaction what they asked me. They saying wait wait wait . I did but I don't see any positive response from them I asked from the to give the payment provider contact details they dont give any contact details. I want my money back refunded I had a positive reviews about this casino but as I see that my money is still not arrived to my account or not returned to my bank account I am very disappointed 😒

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Dear Wali19,

You have to contact your payment provider which you used to deposit, get a payment confirmation and forward it to the casino. After that, it might take a while until the casino locates the uncredited deposit.

Hello. I send it all confirmation to the casino customer service they are still saying we are tracking your deposit and we will let you know but its take so long. There is no way take this process twoo weeks. And I have seen that this on Internet that others players had the same issues and complained on Internet.
