The player from Pennsylvania had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting the complaint. His money hadn't been received yet. The Complaints Team advised him that the delay might have been due to unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests. They extended the timer for the player's response by 7 days. However, due to the player's non-responsiveness, the Complaints Team was unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Made an initial deposit for 250USD for deposit match offer on casino games. Played through 250USD of turnover and completed the deposit offer with 515USD in my account. Deposited a further $10 via Venmo as I could not connect my bank accounts or paypal through BetRivers and they don't accept withdrawal through Credit Card/Debit Cards.


Attempted a Venmo withdrawal which they cancelled as they commented that my account is in review. They are also not approving withdrawal via rushpay.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
