Betmonsta have given a ridiculous amount of excuses as to why they have not processed my withdrawal of 260 euros for over a month.


I have chased them repeatedly and been given nothing but empty promises and numerous 'reasons' why their 'system isnt working', or 'it will be fixed soon' or 'it will be done by this date' and this never ever happens.


I not only think this is an issue for me but other players which is why i created the warning thread in the forum for other players (all my evidence can be seen there as its not uploading here for some reason?).

Which withdrawal method have you opted for? Did you use the same withdrawal method in the past? If possible, please post here a screenshot of your withdrawal history.

After a painful exchange, having to go to facebook, chase the owner on linkedin I managed to get my money.
