I made my first deposit on this casino on september 8th, since then I made more deposits and some withdrawals. After winning a little I made some withdrawals, some of them worked and some were declined. I contacted help desk and was told the daily limit was 6000$, which I had not passed and that there is a 5% fee for withdrawals after the first free one. I was fine with the terms however I tried so many times to withdraw and kept getting declined. On sept 14 I had a balance of 18 000$, every days I try to initiate withdrawals and so far in 4 days I was only able to get 3500$ out. The help desk tells me there are problems and tell me "It's technical issue on Payment company' side. Please try later. It should work." I have been told the same thing over and over. To get my funds out has been struggle, there is a balance of 14 500$ which I feel will take a year to get.

Withdrawal should not exceed the amount deposited within 24 hours from the first deposit.
Funds will be withdrawn using the same payment method/card that was used for deposit, if supported."
