BetFlip Casino - Player’s bonus has been activated automatically without option to opt out.

They are scammers! They have automatic 'welcome bonus' for 1st 10 deposits and u cant cancel it and u never agree to use it. So basically 10 times u deposit u must play your deposit x90 times. And they dont care if u dont want to use that bonus!

hey! i talked to their support member representative and she said that there is no way to cancel this welcome bonus. and i didnt want to use it at all. Moreover if u bet not the whole some it counts only real money from your account and in order to withdraw u need to wager bonus points x45 times also if u have your real money staked u cant bet ur bonus money until first bet is settled. These conditions make impossible to withdraw anything from this website. And imagine it happens not only with the 1st deposit but even with 10th one.

even if they do everything in fair way which i doubt. Users who go to play at this casino via ur link should be aware of this deposit bonus trick and that most likely they wont be able to withdraw anything ever from this casino

When I deposited 0.01 (there was nothing about bonuses there), I saw that i have 0.02btc on my balance, i asked in chat what it is and i was told its welcome bonus which i must bet 45 times. i said that i want to cancel it but the support member told me that i cant do it

The casino should give you an option to forfeit the bonus.

I would like to invite the casino representatives into the discussion. Maybe they can explain to us why the casino has so aggressive bonus strategy.

Hi Matej, I have talked with your colleague(Petronela) regarding that details, This is our management decision because there was very high activity from bonus abusers. To avoid a bonus you can deposit less than 20€ or more than 1000€ also after 10 deposit all deposit are bonus free. 

Also we keep a right to cancel bonus, before player makes a bet, but this is our managements internal decision and not for all cases.

Regarding Player "Kireg" he has already wagered 0.0518696 BTC and at this moment it is impossible to cancel a bonus.

whats the connection between bonus abusers and impossibility to cancel welcome bonus?

After we talked about this situation in our weekly meeting, we decided that Kirill should have an option to cancel the bonus. And forcing players to accept bonus automatically is unfair. We do not understand how forcing the players to play with a bonus protects the casino from bonus abusers. However, we understand that after the wagering of bonus starts it might be difficult to cancel the bonus. In this case, the problem is that Kirill didn't have the option to cancel the bonus at all.

I actually have already lost almost all the funds but id like to have option to cancel bonus after my next deposit

moreover right after my first deposit i contacted live chat asking why i have my balance doubled and asked to cancel the welcome bonus and woman on chat said that it was impossible to cancel (it was before i started playing)
