I had a withdrawal request of 200 dollars on 2025-02-02, it has been over 15 business days and the withdrawal has still not been processed. I tried to talk to 5-6 different customer support. They provide all different reasons/excuses. Someone said the money was already sent out, but the payment provider had an issue. Someone said there was a delay because they had so many withdrawal requests. Someone said it took longer because financial department needs to review (I only had 2-3 soccer bets on money line). They keep saying I will receive an email explanation, yet I did NOT receive any emails from them. So obviously they are just a scamming company never wanted to send out money to clients.

  1. I have NOT made any successful withdrawals before, this is the first time I have attempted to withdraw money
  2. Under the account verification section, there is a message: "it looks like your account does not require verification. Enjoy our games." I do NOT mind to provide whatever documents (like my ID, proof of address, bank statement showed my deposit, or whatever they need) for account verification. However, their system seems did NOT even have a section to let me upload documents. Plus when I talked to customer support, one person said there is NO need for verification, which make me actually feel nervous now.
  3. I did NOT claim any bonus at all. All the betting are from my real money balance
  4. I only bet on sports
  5. Unfortunately, I did NOT save any of the chat history with them. If needed, I can talk to them again and I am very confident they will use many unacceptable excuse try to delay or avoid the payment. I cannot believe it is just 200 dollars and they are even trying to dishonest and cheat on that. I highly suspect they NEVER had any intentions to pay to clients. This company is just a crime, they shouldn't operate

I did NOT receive my withdrawal. And yes the transaction details show under review. But it has been over 3 weeks, what is so ridiculous is if they need any additional documents that is ok I am willing to provide, but they did NOT ask me to provide anything, and I do NOT understand why it took over 3 weeks for them to review. What they need to review? It is simply just 2 soccer bets lol.
