i made my first deposit(neteller)at bet1000 and managed to complete the wagering.i asked withdraw and it was rejected cause they needed verification..ok..i sent what they needed and then they needed further verification(selfie and selfie with text)..i undestood that cause it was obvious that they were searching a reason to cancel the withdraw,it was Friday,so the casino would gain 2 more days...now its monday,18/9, 4 days later and the casino needs further verification but chat does not know what,and it will escalate the problem to financial department...Its pretty obvious that they cancel withdraw autotomatically, just because they see withdraw...There is no trust,live chat is working 2-3hours per day and its ironic.One day i have email from them that i am verified, next day i have email that i am not verified..and they advertise fast withdraws...

I asked verification on Thursday,14/9/23..on Friday i was verified by email and then they sent an email that i am not verified cause they need 2 selfies...i have sent them the selfies( friday ) and it was verified instantly..so i asked again withdraw....Today, Monday 18/9/23 my withdraw was cancelled cause they needed further verification, but chat didnt know what.so now, i have money at my balance and expecting from the financial department an answer .When a player deposits at a casino like bet1000,everything is pretty clear...when it comes to withdraw, you have to prove that you are not an elephant, neither a criminal or a politically exposed person or whatever their imagination generates..i have sent them id, proof of address, selfies and all of them are verified...i have no document rejected..i really wonder what is the additional verification they need....when they decide what is that, cause i think they dont really know, i will inform you. I spoke with live chat today,19-9-2023..They cancelled the withdraw cause they needed additional verification-recent id or passport or driving licence. i told them that in Greece ,id is published by police and has no expiration date - its for a lifetime. i can not publish new one cause all my accounts are connected with this. Also, i dont have passport. Chat will escalate my issue to the financial deparment and they hope that i will have an answer till the end of the day-asap...same old story....

Bet1000 now does not accept my id ,although it was accepted...they want me to get a new id,or passport or driving licence.i expain to them that identities in greece have no expiration date,and i can not issue a new one cause i have all my bank accounts and tax services with the id a already have..i travel with this id and never had a problem,,,but casino bet1000 finds a problem...i have sent them my old passport which expired and my driving licence and they are not ok with that.so,i send them my id verified by official goverment site with digital signature on....i dont know if they will accept that...their problem is not the documents...the problem is called withdraw...for casino bet1000,someone hacked my account,my energy bill,my id,hacked goverment site,hacked my old passport and driving licence,deposited at their casino and now is asking for withdraw...their madness is beyond imagination....its not their problem,its the payment providor who has problem.i have played at more than 100 casinos,and never had this kind of problem,never seen this lack of logic...i told them that getting a passport takes 4-8 weeks and costs 100 euro and they answered thats its reasonable cause i ask 740 withdraw and i give 100 for passport,so i have 640 profit!!!!!!the situation has no logic at all..

as we have already informed the player multiple times, we are required to have a current and valid form of identification. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept documents that expired 20 years ago or were issued 30 years ago. We have informed the player multiple times that we will be able to approve the withdrawal as soon as we have a current and valid form of ID.


@aivas2003, there is also no need to open complaints on every possible forum you can find, as this will change nothing about the fact that we need a current and valid ID for your withdrawal.

Soon you will have my new id as long as you forced me to have one,otherwise you wouldnt approve my withdraw,although in whole world and all the casinos i played since now,my id was approve and valid until 2026.There are two ways to approve a withdraw,the easy way and the hard way.your casino has the third option,the hardest way.I opened an issue at every possible site and this is my only right against a casino .Also,it is a way to inform future players to choose if they want the easy,the hard or the hardest way to withdraw.If it was only me with the complaints,you could say that is was something personal.I am afraid it is not only me complaining.Next week you will have brand new id,although i am not so optimistic.You might need new driving licence or new passport although for now you only ask new id.We will be there,to find out.
