They Tell you your withdrawal can be pending up to 48 hours it's way longer even on the live chat said 48 hours max they then say they checking the account my account is all verified but still no withdrawal I personally would stay away from the casino all the other white hat casinos are much better pay out instant or within a day this one is shocking don't go near them

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

My account is all verified and I deposited and withdrew to the same card they said it would be pending on there side up to 48 hours it's been 3 days it normally in by the next day now they won't process it for it to leave on there part so it hasn't got chance to go to my account

Yeah I finally received it Friday just gone after them telling me my account was under review which It was already verified it's a bad bad casino for paying any winnings
