The player from United States is struggling to request a withdrawal. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
So pretty much it's easy to play and deposit money but once you go to withdraw you have so many loopholes and bullshit to jump through it's rediculous. I have been playing for months now and they are always willing to help deposit but when it comes to wanting to withdraw(God forbid) there is no response or action or anything about withdrawing. I had a lot of winnings and waited and waited until I have up and realized maybe I had gotten played. Weeks later I finally decided to just play out my winnings cuz I realized I was never going to get my winnings. That's was after trying to contact them without any response. I than thought I would see if they would respond about depositing and within 2 min there was someone there to help. Bullshit shady place.
