The player from the UK requested a withdrawal a few days ago, but it’s been pending since. The complaint was closed as unresolved as the casino did not repond to us.

I originally won 500 which I tried to withdraw. I then checked my gaming account 4 days later and my withdrawal was cancelled and 200 back in my account. When I went on live help they said it was because I deposited 20 pound and it was bonus money so I was only allowed 200. I withdrew the 200 on the 1 / Jan and its still not processed on their side. When I go on chat everyday they keep saying it takes 7 to 21 days and they need to look into gaming history yet that is what they've already done when they cancelled the first withdrawal. The website says it takes 24 to 48 hours to process. My account is fully verified too

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days.

Since you’ve requested your withdrawal only a few days ago, I would recommend you waiting for a little bit longer. We will keep this complaint opened, and if there is no development, we will intervene. Please keep us updated and let us know in case there is anything new.

Hi still no luck with them and still not processed on their end.I ve been on chat many times but just get same automated reply that they have to look into it and that it can take 7 to 21 days even though I requested a withdrawal on the 26th Dec and game play was checked on the 31st when they told me I could only withdraw the 200 not the 500 I originally won

Dear Bellaboo please check it again and try to make a new withdrawal request or try to use a different withdrawal method. Let us know the outcome. I would also like to ask the casino again to join here, as we still haven't receive any answer from them.

Have checked it today and still not processed by them. States on the website 24 to 48 hours to process withdrawals but clearly not, they just using excuses not to pay out

Hi there , only response im receiving is when I go on to live help, they are saying it takes up to 3 weeks to process withdrawals and check them , basically they are automated responses. Ive kept all transaction id and screen shotted chats.

We haven't heard anything from the casino yet. Extending the timer by last 7 days to give the casino enough time to respond to us. If they won't, the complaint will be closed as unresolved, which could lead to casino's rating deduction.

Hi there , checked account today and still not processed they've no intention of paying out. They just take your deposits but shouldn't be getting away with it . Im now going to take it further
