I dont havent get My withdraws. I did do first 20 e withdraw 19.5 and that havent come to My bank account. And sceond withdraw 140e, 31.5 and that havent come too. I Have asked about this withdraws but always same answers and nothing Will not happen. Before i Have withdraw, IT Have come to same bank account like now, on The same day. I Have send 6 days ago there document that My 20 e withdraw havent come. But they just keeping say that provider havent answer. Someone on chat did say that it can take 2 days that withdraw is coming, this is second Day of second withdraw And i cant see My moneys.

Could you please specify how many days ago was your withdrawal requested? Was your account successfully verified in the past?


It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

I Have verify My account. Still havent come My withdraws. I Have withdraw Many Times at that casino on The same bank account. Before withdraws Have come on The same day when those Have completed. These withdraws are completed, First one 19.5 and second one 31.5, but havent come on My bank account.

Those withdraws Are completed, but never Have come to My bank account. I did talk with bank(i Have transfaction id) and they Said that it havent arrive to The bank.
