They gave me a $20 bonus in which I won $117 from and didn't pay it out when I requested how to withdraw. No communication was made from them. I looked on the site today and my winnings were gone. I spoke to live chat and they told be that bonuses are not cashable and they only give it to try the site. If that were true then why do they have wager requirements? Wager requirements are never put on money that has been deposited by a customer it is only for bonuses cashout reasons. I feel this casino is making unfair decisions and should have to pay.
