Dear Bryanransberry,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience. Would you be so kind and confirm you passed the KYC verification? Have you ever made a successful withdrawal before? Could you specify which bonus have you activated? You can post the bonus link here when replying.

Additionally, please, forward any relevant communication between you and the casino to kristina.s@casino.guru, if there is any. Alternatively, you can post it here.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Kristina

Thank you very much for your email. In one of the screenshots, I see that the casino accused you of breaching the maximum allowed bet of $5 during the bonus play. I checked the Bonus T&Cs (https://www.7reels.com/en-CA/bonus-rules) and I found this:

"3.4. Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum amount per spin/ bet that can be placed is €5. We reserve the right to decline a withdrawal and void any winnings, if you place a bonus money bet higher than the allowed limit."

Are you aware of violating this rule? If not, please forward your game history to kristina.s@casino.guru. Thank you in advance.

I have looked over my account and I did break the max $5 rule so I would like to remove this complaint as I should have read the bonus rules
