I have been told that I was credited too my account, which is not true , he never even got back too my message and was extremely rude nearly the whole time and now noone from their support is replying. I have asked multiple times and am not sure what too do but I know there are many more transactions that went too theor wallet and I had no idea. They never helped be bar 3 times they claim which are untrue. 300 XRP coins I am owed credited as far as I know there are many more. They claim I was credited but too do so there must be proof I never provided.. it is impossible too manually do without me providing a video. Theyre claiming they did it manually which is impossible..please help
