Hi, I have been waiting over 2 weeks now for this withdrawal to be processed and it’s still "awaiting user request" which means it hasn’t even been looked at yet. My account is fully verified aswell passed the KYC. Also played with a bonus which is fully watered too. Tried email the casino normally get a reply from a lad called Peter but haven’t heard anything and all I get when I go on the chat with one of the staff they tell me it’s still awaiting user request which I know anyway I can check that myself.
