Hi there, I have been waiting well over 2 weeks nearly 3 weeks for the withdrawal to be processed. I paid with a bonus which is fully wagered and my account is verified as I passed the KYC check. The casino said it’s been approved and waiting to be processed but in my transactions on the casino account it’s saying awaiting user request this means it hasn’t even been looked at yet I know this as I’ve withdrew from this casino before. It’s shocking having to wait nearly 3 weeks for the winnings which you have won fair and square. Hope you can help me please I enjoy playing with this casino it’s a shame their processing time for withdrawals are poor. Thanks laura

All the requested withdrawals are being checked manually and if you have activated any promotional offer, the entire bonus session is audited for any terms of use violations. Together with the unfortunate Covid situation around the world, I believe that’s the reason why your withdrawal is taking a little bit longer than typically.
It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. Yes close the account but in future the casino needs to improve on their withdrawal process having to wait 3 weeks for this other casino I’ve played with payout within 5 days. Many thanks
