Hi, I made a withdrawal from this casino on the 31st of December we are now over 2 weeks waiting for my withdrawal money to be paid out and it’s still awaiting user request so it hasn’t even been looked at yet. Never had a problem being paid out from this casino before but now I am. My account is fully verified (verified KYC). I played with a bonus which wagering requirements were met too. I would like an explanation because there staff at the casino are un helpful. Please can you help. Thanks

All the requested withdrawals are being checked manually and if you have redeemed any promotional offer, the entire bonus session is audited for any terms of use violations. Together with the holiday season and unfortunate Covid situation around the world, I believe that’s the reason why your withdrawal is taking a little bit longer than it would typically.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. It has been 14 days now. My account is fully verified and passed the KYC. I did get a bonus but that was fully wagered. No my withdrawal hasn’t been processed yet still awaiting user request. I had a withdrawal with them before Christmas and received it within 7 days so I can’t see why this one is taking longer. Many thanks laura.

Hello and thanks for bringing this to our attention. This player's withdrawal has been delayed unfortunately due to a very high volume of withdrawals our Finance department had to process after the holiday season. The withdrawal has been approved by our Finance department on the 17th of January and has been paid out on the 18th of January. The player should receive the funds within the next couple of days, depending on how fast the bank transfer will be. Wishing everyone a great day!

Normally with the bank transfer with this casino i receive my withdrawal the same day normally. I asked them in an email whether it was a swift transfer or a sepa transfer still waiting for a reply. I will give it a couple of days but I will be straight back on here if I haven’t received the winnings, I was reading a recent review with this casino and a woman never received her winnings and they said they had sent it that better not happen to me.
