The player from UK had been waiting for a withdrawal to be processed for approximately 1 month before submitting the complaint. The complaint has been closed as 'unresolved' because the casino failed to reply and cooperate in resolving the complaint. There was no any progress even 3 weeks after the casino was notified about the player's complaint.

Hello,


I have requested a withdrawal of £801.71 on the 22/11/21. I have waited the 7-21 business days for the withdrawal to be completed and still as of yet to receive the funds owed.


I didn't play with bonus money and my account is verified. All I get off the casino is it will be processed soon. I use other casinos that are really good and process withdrawals within 48 hours.


Can you please help?

The response I keep getting is please wait as there busy. Can’t believe it takes 7-21 days for a transfer. There website is super kid leasing too as stats 24-48hrs. Wish I had this website before I signed up!

We would like to ask 4 Crowns Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 10 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’, which will have a negative impact on the casino's rating.

As standard, we contacted the casino also in other ways, outside this thread, but without success.


Regarding your questions - according to our information, the casino has no license, the casino does not have any license validator and the information about holding Curacao license mentioned on their website is not true - any record, for the "Master License" number or the owner name, does not exist in the list of licensees for official Curacao gaming authority.

We do not contact the game providers regarding the issues like this.

However, in the future, we highly recommend you follow our objective casino reviews and thus prevent similar situations.


Since we have not received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’, which will influence the casino’s rating in a negative way.

I sincerely hope you will not come across a problem like this again.

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
