I have checked the general terms and conditions, and this is what I found https://24mcasino.com/templates/company/terms_and_conditions:


"If the value of a deposit is not played through in full before a withdrawal is requested, the Company reserves the right to make a charge to the customer's account to cover all reasonable costs relating to both the deposit and withdrawal. If necessary, the value of the withdrawal requested may be reduced accordingly but the fee incurred to the customer's account will not exceed 10% of the deposit in question."


Could you please advise if you have wagered your deposited funds at least once as required by the rules before requesting a withdrawal?
