The player from United Kingdom had requested a withdrawal one month ago, unfortunately, it has not been received yet. The complaint was closed as "unresolved" as the casino did not respond to us.

I made several withdrawals at amounting to £2000. the first on 9th Sept 2020 and the rest around 15th 16th of Sept. They were all processed and accepted however I still haven't received payment of any kind. The support take ages to get back to me and just tell me 'Apologies for keeping you waiting as it has to do with banking transactions it can take sometimes longer than expected we'll do what we can so you can receive it soon.'


Any advice or help would be great

Do I understand it correctly that payments are still pending inside your account without being processed?

Hi, sorry I realised I put sept when the withdrawals were in october its 1 month. All 4 withdrawals of £500 GBP were accepted and are in the 'process of payment' so they are not showing as pending in my account anymore. I have had an email from them.


"Because it involves bank transactions it can take more time, we will do what we can so you get your funds soon"


its been a month. No bank transaction takes 1 month. The withdrawals were acceoted within 24 hours each time so I should have been paid

We haven't receive any answer from the casino yet. If they won't respond within the next 7 days, we will be forced to close the complaint as "unresolved", which could lead to casino rating deduction. Dear gamblersparadise, could you please advise if your issue still persists?

We still haven't receive any asnwer from the casino, thus we are now forced to close this complaint as "unresolved", which could result to casino's rating deduction. We are really sorry we could not help you more, but as the casino is unresponsive there isn't much we could do.
