The player from United Kingdom had their withdrawal delayed and account blocked without further explanation. Casino didn't respond.

Absolute disgrace of an online casino, deposited well over £1500 and then finally won abit so I withdrew £500, took 24hours to release the funds which is understandable so I emailed them to verify this and they said we’ve sent the money to your account it will be in there in a few days. A few days pass so I email them again and I get told it will show up in your account the end of next week. They’ve now closed my account with them for no reason. Iv sent 10 or more emails now and not one response atall. Doesn’t look likely that I’ll see my money.

The problem with the withdrawal is iv not received it and no communication from them to say where it is. Thanks

Still no response from casino and still no sign of my withdrawal. One big scam site and others need warning so they don’t fall victim to this aswell 😡

As expected no response from this casino via this or the dozens of emails Iv sent .this casino is not to be trusted and does nothing but scam people.

We would like to ask the 24monaco Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we cannot continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
