Yes. The reason is that the bank does not print the home address on the account statement. It is possible to take a screenshot of the local register office page but it is not an address in the bank in their opinion. Plus, it's a screenshot. The screenshot does not work but must be paper. The address of the envelope is the address that is in the bank's information. At that address I got the letter in my hand but it doesn’t prove anything!
Last time, the bank verified the handwritten address as correct but when it was not on the printout it was then rejected.

I received the bank statements but they have the address of my legal guardian. Nor can the bank change it. If a screenshot of the Registry office were to go then I would have an active game account already. The second casino has now processed a withdrawal and did not need to show the address of the bank account holder. An account number is enough.
