My account was verified one week ago!! Like this when I try to verify my account there was a option to send : drivers license, id, or a passport..i send them my drivers license..together with the selfie..after 48 hours I received a mail that they need a international id or a passport!!! I don’t understand why but any way I send them all what they ask!! And I waited additional 48 hours..but my account was verified..but the real struggle began with my withdrawal..as you can see on my complaint i explain what is going on!! I can explain again if necessary!! I spoke to live support everyday about my withdrawal!!! And every day or am been lied from live support!!! Or am been ignored!! And I have a proof i have the print screen!! I send a email to financial team but no reply!!

When exactly was the payment approved? Did you ever use eZeeWallet to deposit into the casino?
I didn’t receive my payout!!! I just explain on the forum that after 5 dyas of waiting I open a eZeewallet account and I try to withdrawl my money via eZeewallet!!! When a made my request there was no option to put my eZeewallet information..and yesterday i noticed that my withdrawal is approved…but where they gonna send the money!!??? Since I didn’t have any option to put my eZeewallet account info!!???? And I didn’t receive any money!!! So don’t close my complaint!!
Nick sorry I put wrong reply!! The payment was approved yesterday!!! And i been told from the live support that the financial team is not working on weekends!!! And i don’t know did they approved my withdrawal via manually swift ( bank transfer) or via eZeewallet wich i didn’t have any option to put my eZeewallet information!!! And I deposit via bank transfer !!!
